Talking about luxury? Sport Cars? Expensive dining experience? World famous exotic vacation? How about a 3.6 million hillside house?
Saw a kind of small property exhibition at Queensbay Mall on Thursday. The miniatures of the house models are fascinating. What impressed me the most was not the spacious porch that can accommodate for at least 4 cars, it was in fact the personal pool that existed in each unit that impressed me. OMG, Personal Pool? What a dream!
The other luxury item that is/was not easily found in normal luxury property --> Private lift. A perfect design for those people that have beloved family member who is having knee problem due to aging, just like mine. This is a luxury property that worth 3.6 millions ( i don't really know is it reasonable or not), and not to mention there will be kind-of-expensive monthly maintenance fees as a return that residents have to pay back for enjoying those very luxury services.
It's a dream huh? Or a business opportunity?

年三十

感觉，今年的新年气氛少了，对于新年的热诚也减了。还以为，今天也只是个普通天， 却在近中午时分，感觉到了春节的气息。那是一股在炽热下天气拂来凉风，很清凉，就像是结束了冬天，迎接春天的感觉。
我傻傻的笑了， 发现原来无论是多么炎热的天气也盖不了春天的气息。

远亲不如近邻？

“远亲不如近邻”是课本上常出现的， 但是在今时今日逐渐人情冷暖的社会里， 近邻倒也成了每天见面的陌生人。今天向在这里和大家分享一些有趣的近邻事件。

----------事件1----------

前两天我们几个人在客厅谈天，不时地有答声笑但是没想到却惹来了隔壁邻居小孩的不满， 他连续的喊了两声说我们很吵，叫我们安静点，而他的父母却丝毫没有管教的意识，任由他喊了两次。虽然我们在聊天欢笑，但是还不至于那么的吵闹吧！那么， 我们岂不是以后也不可以在客厅里聊天或聚会？可笑的事，那小孩今年上一年级，才7岁， 父母的家教又到哪里去了， 这难道就是今时今日的邻居与家教？

这是发生在我邻居身上的， 由于年关又近，这位邻居安娣家前几天把门前的屋檐给换了，这几天还在忙着为屋子粉刷油漆。 今天，安娣的隔壁邻居竟然透夜洗衣服，然后把一件女装的“Underwear”给挂在了近安绨家屋檐的地方，让那"underwear"正面的对准了她家， 非常的碍眼。邻居把其他的衣服挂在其他的地方，唯有将那独自一个的“underwear”给挂在了最近拿安绨家的地方，这还不明白？显然的他是有不满， 但却用了极端的手法。问题是，别人家就换个屋檐和粉刷了油漆，真的就那么的妨碍到你了吗？那安娣在我妈妈到她家去时，特意的指给我妈看。这难道就是邻居们最新的相处方式？话说回来，在晚上的时候，我经过了安娣家门口，发现那underwear 还在那里飘啊飘的。

你觉得这些事件启发了你什么？ 我实在有点莫不着头脑， 感觉好像很普通的是但别人的反应却有那么的强烈，而且反击的丝毫不手软。

Went to Port Swettenham today afternoon after meeting with my supervisor and co-supervisor-to-be. I was there to indulge myself of this giant beauty-Queen Mary 2.
She was lodged at Port Swettenham today. It was such a great opportunity for me to fulfill my crazy fantasy which is someday, i will manage to get on board of it and do some crazy round-the-world trip.

She is huge, and yet a beauty. She is a masterpiece of modern world technology creation. If you checked out her cruise line, you will be shocked to find out that she only cruise the best line. The price is like more than 20K per trip.

Maybe someday, when i am old and yet still such a travel maniac....i would really love to spend time in her....and together, we amazed by both modern world man-made beauty and the natural beauty of our mother earth.
