[Food]莧菜煎饼

莧菜煎饼

5分钟的准备时间, 只要材料都有就可以动手准备了。1粒鸡蛋,面粉1-2汤匙,莧菜,一点盐和胡椒粉调味。把莧菜剁碎,加到鸡蛋和面粉里, 加点水, 适量的盐和胡椒粉作为调味,搅拌均匀。少量的油在平底锅里热一热, 先把一面莧菜煎饼煎到7成熟,再翻到另外一面。
就这样简单, 当然可以另外加你喜爱的食才,如虾米等。
自己亲手做的, 卖相还可以吧?至于味道呢?是我喜欢的味道, 况且口味是因人而异的。
纯粹好玩和想要找些不一样的东西来让自己暂时的逃离痛苦。这时今天动手做煎饼的原因。

It was my lunch....
very easy to prepare.
i had this idea because i bought some bayam that day and i couldn't finish them, so i made them into this.
