Coolest fireworks ever

Saw the coolest fireworks ever tonight. Luckily i stormed out to the balcony after hearing strange blasting sound from fireworks. The sound and the lights that created by it were spectacular. Never saw this great of fireworks until tonight. It lasted around 3 minutes, each blast was breathtaking. I am impress that my camera can still capture it at this kind of distance as my camera's zoom is on 2.5x and not 12x. Still, awesome! I will never forget it.

莧菜煎饼

5分钟的准备时间， 只要材料都有就可以动手准备了。1粒鸡蛋，面粉1-2汤匙，莧菜，一点盐和胡椒粉调味。把莧菜剁碎，加到鸡蛋和面粉里， 加点水， 适量的盐和胡椒粉作为调味，搅拌均匀。少量的油在平底锅里热一热， 先把一面莧菜煎饼煎到7成熟，再翻到另外一面。
就这样简单， 当然可以另外加你喜爱的食才，如虾米等。
自己亲手做的， 卖相还可以吧？至于味道呢？是我喜欢的味道， 况且口味是因人而异的。
纯粹好玩和想要找些不一样的东西来让自己暂时的逃离痛苦。这时今天动手做煎饼的原因。

Fireworks

年初八晚

年复一年， 日复一日。
又到了每一年的这个季节， 这个烟花盛开，处处红咚咚的季节。
除夕， 年夜饭， 大年初一，亲友聚会，火锅，红包.......都是些新年离不开的话题。
回想一下， 去年的情景依然历历在目。
在家里的天台看着远处的烟花盛放。
今年， 还是在天台， 只不过是换了个天台。
也许，唯一还可以让自己提醒这个欢愉的季节的， 就是这些烟花爆竹的吵杂声了。
